Who:
Property Claim Solutions is an independent company that is licensed in both insurance adjusting and general contracting. We have extensive knowledge in property insurance policies and how they pertain to the standards and requirements that determine a loss.

What:
Property Claim Solutions represents the property owner in an insurance claim. We work directly with you and your insurance company. Our guidance ensures an accurate assessment, and fair compensation. We then manage and coordinate the restoration of your property.

Why:
An insurance claim is a legal settlement. You wouldn’t go to court without a lawyer, and you shouldn’t allow your insurance company to determine your loss without having representation. Avoid being outright denied, partial approvals, out-of-pocket expenses, hours on the phone, and faulty adjusters.

Chad Nyberg and Nathan Smith are childhood friends who were raised in Eagan, MN.

After Nathan obtained his B.A. (Gustavus Adolphus) and Chad served in the military (USMC), both went to Florida in 2004.

There we worked for a major contractor to assist hurricane victims with the restoration of residential properties.

Through our experiences, we were exposed to the inconsistencies in the insurance industry. We noticed that the guidelines, requirements, and interpretations that determined a loss, varied dramatically for each provider. Determined to not only assist homeowners, we also wanted to make an impact on the industry.

It was in this spirit that we obtained our insurance adjuster's license's (Texas All-lines), and building contractor's license's (MN). With a more clear understanding, and a new sense of purpose, came the formation of Property Claim Solutions.
